Join the Greater New York Region
You don't need to own an antique automobile to share the passion.
GNYR brings together people interested in historic automobiles — preservation, shows, tours, automotive history and, above all, friendship.

Why Join GNYR
More than a car club
GNYR is a community of people who love historic automobiles — whatever kind of enthusiast you are.
Community
Meet people across the Greater New York area who share your interest in historic and collector automobiles — and who are always happy to talk cars.
Shows & Events
Take part in GNYR's annual automobile shows, meetings, tours and club activities through the year.
Automotive Knowledge
Connect with enthusiasts who have decades of experience preserving, restoring and enjoying historic automobiles, and who are glad to share what they know.
AACA Community
As a GNYR member you're part of the wider Antique Automobile Club of America community, with its publications, national meets and judging programmes.
Preserve Automotive History
Help carry the antique automobile hobby — and the history it protects — forward to another generation.
Who Can Join?
Everyone with an interest is welcome
You might own a fleet, be restoring your first car, have grown up around historic automobiles, or simply enjoy their history and design. Any of those is reason enough to belong.
Guests are welcome at meetings and most club events, so you can come along, meet members and see the club for yourself before joining.
No antique automobile required.
Many members join before they buy a car — some never do, and enjoy the shows, tours and friendships all the same.
GNYR + AACA
A local region of a national club
The Greater New York Region is a region of the Antique Automobile Club of America. GNYR runs the local calendar — shows, tours, meetings and friendships close to home — while the national club provides the publications, national meets and judging programmes behind it all. Joining GNYR starts with membership in AACA national.
How to Join
Three simple steps
Joining GNYR follows the club's established membership process.
01
Join AACA National
If you're not already a national member, join the Antique Automobile Club of America. National membership is the one prerequisite for joining the region, and it gives you your national member number.
02
Complete the GNYR application
Complete the GNYR Membership Application online — it only takes a few minutes, and you can add your automobiles or skip that step entirely.
03
Share your member number
Send your national AACA member number to the GNYR Membership Secretary so the region can complete your membership and welcome you aboard.
Coming Later
Current dues and the GNYR membership application form will be confirmed and linked here from the club's own membership information — nothing has been assumed.
